About
Before moving into academia, Lloyd spent seventeen years working within substance misuse services, the criminal justice system and local government in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the UK.
Lloyd graduated with an MSc in Evidence Based Social Intervention from the University of Oxford after completing a BA (Hons) in Applied Social Science (Crime) at the University of York. Since completing postgraduate studies, Lloyd has taught at universities in the UK where he lectured on undergraduate courses in criminology & substance misuse.
Since returning to Hong Kong in 2010, Lloyd has been teaching on an undergraduate criminology degree programme at the University of Hong Kong.
